What you will do
As an AI Director, you will lead the organization's AI strategy and enterprise architecture, driving the adoption of AI capabilities that accelerate innovation and business value. You will work closely with executive stakeholders, business leaders, architects, and engineering teams to establish scalable AI platforms, governance, and best practices while building a high-performing AI organization.
Define and execute the enterprise AI strategy, architecture vision, and technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Own the AI capability by establishing enterprise architecture principles, governance frameworks, and engineering standards for scalable and trusted AI solutions.
Oversee the successful delivery of strategic AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities, technical excellence, and measurable business outcomes.
Partner with business, data, and technology leaders to identify AI opportunities and enable enterprise-wide adoption.
Provide technical leadership across AI architecture, cloud platforms, data ecosystems, and modern AI technologies, guiding key architectural decisions and managing technical risk.
Build, mentor, and grow high-performing AI Architecture and Engineering teams while fostering technical leadership and a culture of continuous learning.
Champion Responsible AI, security, compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the AI ecosystem.
Represent the AI capability in executive forums, influencing strategic technology decisions and driving innovation across the organization.
What you will bring
12+ years of experience in AI, Enterprise Architecture, Cloud, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or Technology Leadership, with proven success delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions.
Proven experience defining AI strategy, enterprise architecture, governance frameworks, and technology roadmaps for large organizations.
Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies, including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, model serving, orchestration frameworks, and modern AI platforms.
Strong experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP), cloud-native architectures, Azure AI Services, Databricks, and scalable AI infrastructure.
Solid understanding of enterprise software engineering practices, including APIs, microservices, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps, and application modernization.
Strong knowledge of enterprise data architecture, data governance, security, privacy, and Responsible AI principles.
Experience establishing enterprise architecture standards, reviewing complex solution designs, and driving technical governance across multiple teams and programs.
Proven experience building, mentoring, and leading high-performing Architecture, AI Engineering, or Platform teams.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence executive, business, and technical leaders.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
